The Supplier delivers the Goods based on the availability in stock within 10 (ten) working days from the date of payment of the invoice. If the Goods are not in the Supplier’s warehouse, the Supplier shall notify the Buyer of the terms of production and delivery of the Goods. The Supplier has the right to supply each separate batch of the Goods at a time or in parts.
